Zero defects, zero breakdowns, zero accidents and zero stockpiles are the goals of a plan introduced in 2014, which has allowed us to achieve excellent results throughout the production chain. This includes the continuous and rapid improvement of quality, cost control, production time and customer service, thanks to a structured and integrated system that embraces all the processes within the factory.

Since 2016 the factory in Recanati has constantly collected first results and measured them against an audit system. This puts the whole system to the test through on-field activities and checks that are useful to the growth of the entire organisation.
