As of 2019 iGuzzini is part of the Fagerhult Group - as such, we comply with Fagerhult Group’s set of rules, the Code of Conduct. Everyone in our company is obligated to follow it, our employees, board members and management. We also pass the code on to our business partners and inform them that we expect them to adopt the Code of Conduct and follow it themselves.

The Code of Conduct says, among other things, that we must act as a reliable and honest Group that lives up to its commitments. We believe in long term business relationships, in which we, together with our business partners, lay the foundation for strong results, with consideration for the environment and social commitment - in line with our Sustainability Policies.

Fagerhult Group’s Code of Conduct integrates the principles of iGuzzini’s Code of Conduct, adopted also in accordance with Leg. Decree 231/01.

Following the implementation of the European legislation with Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company has adopted an anonymous reporting channel for violations of Italian and EU laws and regulations.
